Are there cleaning costs for the rental car?

Cleaning costs may apply if the vehicle is returned in a dirty condition that exceeds the contractual use and/or has an unpleasant odor

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. We are entitled to claim a flat rate compensation

We are entitled to claim a lump sum for damages in any case of culpable violation of this prohibition by you or a third party you are transporting.
In this case, a claim will be made with a damage report.

The transport of live animals in our vehicles is also prohibited. This does not apply to pets and/or animals kept in the household if they are transported in suitable transport boxes. Any special cleaning costs incurred must be borne by the tenant. All necessary special cleaning costs will be charged according to effort, but at least with a special cleaning flat rate. You are allowed to prove that no damage occurred at all or that it was significantly lower than the flat rate. 

The removal of contamination due to the contractual use of the vehicle is included in the rental price. However, in special cases, cleaning costs can be agreed in addition to the rental price.
